If the Editors' Average Prediction is within 5% of the Lowest Advertised Price, there shall be no winner for that prize. Otherwise, the user who predicts the actual Lowest Advertised Price or is the closest price within 5% shall be the winner of that prize. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the entrant whose submission occurred first in time. If Slickdeals is unable to purchase the advertised item due to it being out of stock or backordered an item of equivalent value may be substituted.
