If your order was delivered to a TireBuyer installer, you can request a refund up to 45 days after your order is received. Installation fees for replacements and exchanges cannot be refunded, but you don’t have to pay for return shipping. Tires used off-road, products with uneven wear and other signs of use and misuse are not eligible for return. Wheels, winter tires and motorsport tires can only be returned if they have not been used or mounted. If your order was shipped to your home, you have up until 30 days after the merchandise is shipped to request a refund. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to damaged product or company error.
