I would use this to TRY to train my wife's boss in the fact that saving files in her "My Documents" folder with two different names (on the same PC) does NOT constitute "backing up"...

I would first use it on my home network to learn about its capabilities then I would probably donate it my kids school.

I have a small home music production network with a mac and a PC and I would use it to share samples for my sampler instruments. This would be awesome for that.

My wife needs this for storing her classroom videos in high def of students and faculties.

I would use the FTP for my file transfers so I can stop using it on my pc. I would also use the DDNS and see if that makes browsing any faster on my network at home since I have a roommate that is always on the internet. With the 1.5 terabyte limit per drive, I will possibly wait till I find 2 1.5 terabyte drives on here and stick those suckers in there. I would also use it to watch and play all my movies, videos, and music for my parties. I have a moded XBOX that I use for a media player so this would be an awesome upgrade.

I might do more or change it up a bit but that is the general things I would like to try out.
