Official Acme Markets (PA) Deals Thread

Hit 2 stores today looking for ketchup, one was completely wiped, the other had only 3 on shelf. that does not help me at all. found 3 dipping sauces, very nice. DS inhales those. thank you to whoever posted that one. don't know what to do about ketchup if the stores don't restock. i guess i am done for the week then. good night all..

The dipping sauce is the French's Honey Mustard dipping sauce. It's $1.49 and free if you have the .75/1 Q. It's delicious ! My 6 year old DS and 20 yr old DD could not live without it! It's in the same aisle as the mustard.

Well, silly me for missing this in my free-mustard-tunnel-vision! Thanks and repped, NJMom! I have a pile of these coupons ... the food bank will be happy. We are sort of past the chicken nuggets stage at my house (DS is in high school), although we still eat chicken fingers. Too bad they didn't come out with this stuff earlier (I just used honey mustard salad dressing, lol.)

vvon66, I salute your stamina. I had a long day at work and had to get home to do some volunteer stuff on the computer, or I would have happily stayed at Acme, rolling cats, until they closed the place. Lansdale Acme is definitely more coupon-friendly than the Horsham one.

I think my DS actually drinks it. I know i stocked up not too long ago and we only have 3 bottles left. thats about 10 day supply.

Milltonwn, Lincroft and Shrewsbury Acme are all OOS on both ketchup and dipping sauce. does not look like they are going to restock before the sale ends for ketchup. too bad because i did not get a single bottle.
Checked the date on dipping sauce, the tag said 3/3/11. still some time to use the coupons on that.

PhillyJan, being in HS did not stop my DS from practicly inhaling chicken nuggets. and he is a Senior. some bad eating habits stick. I wish he grow out of it.

My middle DD in in college and still eats chicken nuggets with the dipping sauce! Although I do buy the Perdue fresh ones now(deal at SR a couple months ago). Thanks for the heads up on the ketchup...have to change my plans now!

We can meet up there after work one day for the next good cat. I had fun last night and am sitting here at work anxiously waiting to do a few lunchtime runs. My DH loves the snapple so if I can stock up on it for him and get lots of soup and pudding to donate, it makes for a wonderful trip.

My bro is HYSTERICAL. So I tell him about this deal and take him to the store with me a couple days ago...he's literally clearing the shelves of all the HC Meals. So he calls me this morning and says he's telling his buddies at work about this deal and they have the typical comments "Yeah right" "Whatever", etc. He breaks down and just calls them morons for having no interest at all in FREE food. So, they finally say okay fine, I'll go check it out if you go with me. So he's hauling himself and two of his buddies to Acme this morning after getting off work (they work nights) and is explaining how this works. Neither of his buddies wants him to leave their side because they dont' want to mess it up..haaa! Then one leans over when their in an aisle and see an Acme employee and whispers "Yo, we're not gonna get in trouble for this or something right? I mean it's legit?" HAAAA. My bro just starts laughing. He says they all three walked out with about 5 orders each of tons of soup and CBRD!!! Paying pretty much nothin.

The whole time he's telling me this I'm cracking up thinking...now you know how much fun I had the first time I took you. He just sat there shaking his head and couldn't believe it. Hysterical!!!

Also curious if the couple I ran into in my Middletown Acme yesterday afternoon are secret sd'rs...lol! Seemed like the husband was more so into the couponing than the wife. They told me about the Swiss Miss deal (which I already knew of course)..haaa!!

I've been noticing some more couponers in my neck of the woods lately!

My late 20's GF w/Masters Degree still eats chicken nuggets like they are going outta style!!!!!!

But I'm cheating with the propel 6 packs at Shoprite this week as they work out to be free with the 2.50/2 peelies!

Not me but sounds like me, I shop with the GF 90% of the time as we're poor right now, it's our entertainment at times............alright I find it more fun but she does get into it at times but gets bored quickly! I bribe her with sugary candy and it makes it all good!

Try dipping pretzels in the Honey Mustard sauce . We like it like that.
OK, "my" Acme is out of soup, ketchup, SwissMiss, so I tried the one in Bensalem Pa. They had a good bit of soup on the shelf, plenty of Swiss Miss, and a shelf full of ketchup.
I'm out of soup coupons. Later I will go back to my Acme again for more Hunts tomatoes & Pam

well.................Na, I've actually only hit up Acme's other then my local one 2 times as I've been in stock and allowed to do multiple orders all week.

By the way hope you enjoyed your seminar, and my lovely state!!!!
