Found a better price just $4.95 a month (Reg. $12.95)

Link [citi.com]

Navigate to the Enroll Now tab to see the price.

I've used this service and it's great. Provides a new report and scores from all 3 bureaus on a monthly basis. Only step one needs to take is manual click on a link called generate report, which is made visible (enabled) after 30 days since your last report, to pull/generate a new report.

For those already enrolled in Credit Monitoring by Citi, cancel your current account and sign up for a new one. You will be able to take benefit of the promo rate as well as free 30 day trial offer.

Lol, did anyone receive a new CITI debit card within the past 6 months?...

Know why?

They got hacked! UK and Canadian systems were compromised!

They have outdated systems that are not up to par!

I get 6.95 per month since last one and half year. I started at 9.95 and called them to cancel. Rep told me that they can offer me 6.95. Try and it should work. Good deal though. Also you can only pull your credit report from all 3 agencies once a month.

Yes I did. I got a new Citi credit card which comes with free Identitymonitor, so I called and asked for cancellation. The operator tried to /save/ me to which replied I am going to stay with them for free due to the card. She pretty much ignored that, and continued to offer reduced prices, but canceled it in the end. The actual cancellation was at the end of the billing cycle.

This service is ok. Been using it for a few months now at $4.95/month. The downside is you only get 1 credit report per month, but you do get it from all 3 bureaus. On a positive note, they do notify you when there is activity on your account (I actually got email notification when I had authorized a company to pull my credit.) So it does work as advertised.

I've been using this for quite some time now without any issues. Even better now with the reduced rate.

I don't know why this is getting thumbs down? In the past there have been deals to get this for free but compared to normal pricing this is a pretty good deal especially since it includes all three scores from the different reports.

As for lifelock, if it is worth it to you then great but they are two seperate things. Lifelock doesn't give you your score ever, and you can't monitor what is going on with your score (if you are trying to improve your score this can be very valuable).

Personally I think giving Lifelock ANY money is a complete waste of money. They don't do anything for you that you can't do yourself for free. The only thing they do have is up to a 1 million dollar reimbursement of course who knows how easy it would be to get the money if you needed to.
