We’ve noticed that there has been some confusion with our compensation policy for Informational surveys. Below is L’Oreal USA Consumer Participation Program policy regarding Informational Surveys and a description of different surveys that you can participate in.

1. Initial enrollment Mapping Surveys: These surveys are sent out to obtain your product usage information (skin/hair/makeup and contact information).
2. Pre-qualification Surveys: These surveys are used to obtain information to pre-qualify for a future study
3. Study Screener/Survey: This type of survey is used to qualify you for an existing study where product will be sent to your home to evaluate and you will then be asked answer a final questionnaire after product usage.
4. Informational Surveys: These surveys are sent to obtain information regarding your product usage, cosmetic/hair/skin habits, product likes/dislikes etc.. (These surveys are the only surveys that are tracked towards product compensation.) You must complete 5 Informational Surveys to receive a gift.

We hope that this will help to clarify that only Informational Surveys will count towards any product compensation.

That's weird Confused I never get those e-mails. In fact the only e-mail I got from them was the welcome one with user ID and password. I have to keep my panel on and refresh regularly during the day.
What might be wrong? Any idea?

If you were selected for the 10 week product test then you would receive the emails but from what it sounds like you are awaiting to qualify for a study. Good luck to you!

Yes, I am a member since January and haven't been qualified for any study yet.

Word of advice, keep checking your page by signing into your account periodically as well as checking out this thread. Everyone is great at letting people know here when a potential new study may be up and although we may not all receive it, at least it gives you a heads up to check your account as when you least expect it, you will qualify for a study.Smilie

I had 3 qualifiers and made it through all three.It seemed like they were basically all the same questions.

I have never had any luck logging into the BB cream study/questionaire via the website either. We will be receiving an email from L'Oreal later today with a working link to the questionnaire. HTH
