If you use SCO you should be able to get 2 for $2.xx. I was going to go thru SCO and the cashier pulled me over to her line. I had a $3 off 4 coke coupon that I using with the 4 12 pack for $11 special. I got this coupon in a trade and it was obviously a newspaper insert coupon. She didn't even try to scan the coupon, she just ran off and started asking people if she could take it. Somebody okayed it and of course it scanned without a problem because it was from an insert.

I wanted to share a nice little CVS deal that y'all may find in your stores. GUM Perioshield has been on 50% clearance in my two CVS stores forever at $5.24. There's a $5 MQ printable (easy to find through Google) and a $3 on Saving Star.

Also had the best shopping trip in months this morning, even with kids in tow. The Head & Shoulders BOGO coupon did the $9.49 auto-deduct and the cashier let it ride, the Nivea .99 tins produced $2 ECBs as reported, and I found a peelie for $25 rebate on three PF products. (The local stores are totally picked over re: peelies on the PF makeup.)

quarterly ECBs printed today, only .50 on both my cards-one witih no other ECBs, nivea's a cheap way to go-buy onr,get 2 ecb
use 2ecb to buy 2 more tins, get 4ecb

Hershey's Simple pleasures $1/1 CRT from last week, some don't mention a size and worked on the .67 trial size

SW - am I the last to know that Safeway has its own app for the iPhone? I downloaded it but haven't used yet. My store keeps requiring that I print out my entire J4U list when stuff doesn't come off my receipt and I"m sick of printing 4-6 pages. Will this app display our j4U prices?

Haven't tried the app; I just open the j4U personalized deals page in a browser window on my phone and show them the prices. Haven't lost an argument yet.

I haven't tried the J4U app, but my SW has a laptop and printer at CS. I am able to login and print my pages from there. Maybe your store has the same setup and you could use their ink/paper if the app doesn't show what you need.

CVS Q: I got 25% off my next purchase CRT, can I combine that with a X off Y coupon? Like if I have an item that's regular price, and it's also within the say $20 total for me to use a $4 off, would both coupons work? Thanks guys, I've only used a % coupon once or twice in all the time I've shopped at CVS, usually I used X off Y coupons.

there are $1/1 insert Qs-I ordered them. didn't see in our papers
if you can find 3 of the $25 off peelies, I think that deal is a MM
they were $15ish ea, so about $8 tis week, $24 toward gas card & $25MIR

I tried to but next transaction, clerk told me my 30% was still on my card
so I don't know if my 5/20 cancelled it out or the clerk forgot to apply it

I have learned that the % coupons don't play well with
-$5 beauty CRT
-$1 bag tag CRT
b/c these are are store discounts. I think that if you use a 1bag tag cRT and % off Q, the bag tag CRT will come off and add back on if your % discount is over $1

So I would imagine that a X/XX is a store discount too.

CVS discussion board made me today-I saw a post yesterday asking for ideas on using the 4/20 skincare CRT and \wanted to see if it got replies. I spent over an hr wading thru name calling posts. That was all my computer time druing the day, absolutely wasted.
BTW-best I've seen so far on skincare is Garnier 5/15 next week. Gel moisturizer is $7 and there are $2mqs. Add a shampoo ($1AC) to get over $15. Now need $6 more facial skincare. Maybe clearance, maybe find enough freebies to use a 4/20=sounding like should let it expire

My store used to have a laptop set up but no printer. Now they've removed the laptop entirely. Such an unfriendly store all the way around.

They have some rude posters there I blocked a couple of them. CVS is hard to follow as it because you have to keep of with several threads. It makes you scared to post. That's why I like this friendly thread.

As a side note, I used to buy those organic broccolis (they even have green beans) but I stopped buying them when I saw they were coming from China.
Perhaps it won't bother some, but I just wanted to add that little detail.
