Mod Edit: This will become the new Northern California Grocery Stores Thread.

Thank you to missusg and mcube for starting up threads for the individual stores for Northern California.

Due to how the timestamp works - it is with apologies to mcube (who started the Lucky thread) that your post is now #141 -- When a thread is merged the posts go in timestamp order.

Please note that there is a 30 day rule for reps -- so any post greater than 30 days old cannot be repped.

This message to remain for the next 24 hours so that our NoCal users can get used to this. Smilie

I think the coupons were regional to us, so thought I'd post this here...

Robert Mondavi Private Selection wines are on sale this week at SW for $6.99. If you buy 6 you get an extra 10% off thru SW's usual program, making it $6.30 a bottle. There is a MIR on the last page of this week's CVS ad where you get $30 back wyb 12 bottles. There were coupons for $1.50/1 in the 4/10 inserts. There's also a $1.50 bricks printable on Mondavi's website.

    6.99 x 12 = 83.88
    - 10% bulk discount = 73.80
    - 1.50 x 12 = 55.80
    - $30 rebate = 25.80 or 2.15 each

I've had the cab and the Chardonnay and they're both pretty good. Much better than a bottle of two buck chuck IMHO. Hope that helps some of you who like wine with dinner.
Thanks for the easy breakdown. I only have one insert MQ, and can't find the printable Q on the website. Could you give me more details on what I need to click to find it? TIA.

I'm at work, so winery sites are blocked laugh out loud but if you google "robert mondavi private selection coupon" it is the top result. If you end up with fewer than 12 coupons, the rebate also works when buying 3 or 6 bottles -- you just get a little less back per bottle. HTH!

Thank you! I was able to find it. I had tried just "robert mondavi coupon" the first time, and didn't think about adding the "private selection' part! I have to spread the love and will catch you again when I can!!

    Cheers

I found some Kashi booklets at Nob Hill yesterday. They were in a display standing in the aisle of the natural foods section.

They have 6 coupons in them for $1/1 of:

    Kashi GOLEAN Cereal
    Kashi Crackers
    Kashi TLC Cookies
    Kashi Organic Biscuit Cereal
    Kashi TLC Bars
    Kashi Frozen Item

All have an expiration date of 9/30/11.

Just saw $1/1 Robert Mondavi hangtags at Raley's - not as good as the inserts/IPs but better than nothing. These were on the Merlot, but are good for "any".

Also the Frank's Red Hot sauce at Raley's is .50 until 04/26 Smilie Will have to dig out my coupons and head back over there before the sale ends. Got my free bags from Raley's today. Nothing special. Frown Was hoping they would be a bit nicer, but for free I guess I cannot complain laugh out loud

Actually at our local chain Scolari's they have it at $4.94 a bottle so after rebate it would be a little over $1.00 each! Since they do double's up to $1.00 it would be a better deal with the hangtags then with the $1.50 printables.

Also in yesterday's Sac Bee there was a Target Easter Insert that has a free Coke 2 Liter WYB $25.00 in Grocery and $1.00 off Cuties. They are both TQ's.

I checked the mfg listing of q's and it pointed me to a SS but it wasnt in my SS for that date listed (which I don't have handy). Was it in a different week of qs here in the bay area or are you talking about the printable? Thanks

Frank's hot sauce should be in the 03/13 SS. Some areas got FREE Frank's (NOT us Frown ) and some got the .50/1 (which is the one I got) HTH
