Mod Edit: This will become the new Northern California Grocery Stores Thread.

Thank you to missusg and mcube for starting up threads for the individual stores for Northern California.

Due to how the timestamp works - it is with apologies to mcube (who started the Lucky thread) that your post is now #141 -- When a thread is merged the posts go in timestamp order.

Please note that there is a 30 day rule for reps -- so any post greater than 30 days old cannot be repped.

This message to remain for the next 24 hours so that our NoCal users can get used to this. Smilie

Whee I found some "magic" codes for SW!
Have 1.33 JFU price for organic froz veg, expires today (I didn't see it til yesterday!)
and found a 1.25 off O froz veg cat Q in my stash

I had 4 in my cart & other stuff
scanned veg, another item, used code from CatQ and 25569, expecting the latter to take off the difference & make veg free
both came off full value! and another catQ was generated for $1 off

trans 2-bought 2 veg & other stuff, tried both catQs and could use both in single trans.

trans 3-only had one veg left, tried all 3 codes and they worked

tried $1 code on a trans. with no froz veg-nod

    codes:
    1.25 =10391
    1.00=10393

ETA: need coupon to put in slot.
exp on my cats is 10/7 and 10/30, in above order
New CatQ generated each time I bought veg, not in trans #4

If anyone wants to use my card with the 1.33 O veg price, PM me. It's personalized price, no limit and expires 10/2
Even w/o Qs or SCO, you should get the $1/1 each time you buy one so they'd be .33 ea after 1st one- as long as you can do several transactions.

16 oz in my store was only peas, corn or mixed veg that was peas, carrots & gr beans. Edamame is 16 oz but higher shelf price than the others so I didn't try it

maybe doing FF reset? I found most of these items clearanced .99ea when the $1 off FF code was working woot
they redid all nat'l to integrate it into the rest of the store. No space of Zevia anymore, found 2 flavors on an endcap where nat'l food used to be. I noticed all endcaps in that area have nat'l food, even tho those aisles are HBA and baby.

I couldnt find this code today in my notes, but when I used 1.50 cleaning CAT it reversed my 5/50
had $52ish, total dropped $5, then used code and ttl was $51!
SCO attendant believed me, and said that no Qs should do that-SQs or MQs
Same one I've gotten all 3 times I've shopped since the new program. One time needed to re-ring 4 times to get price, once they didn't have any baugettes and I wasn't sure how to prove "my" price was .99 for RC. He's going to think I'm up to something...

Walked into SW and saw oodles of Odwalla gal. OJ marked $5, so quickly decided to use my 3/10 on one gallon & raspberries 2.99 (-1digital Q) , 3.99 O Org greens (-1 SQ) and a banana to be very sure over $10 after SQs.
$3 didn't come off & was told Odwalla wasn't produce Confused-sure was last week
it was stocked with dairy and in produce front display. I just cancelled the transaction...

Is there a FF code still valid at Raley's? And I thought the cleaning stuff code expire? Sorry, brain might be fuzzy as baby's been fussy. Very strange how Raley's computer system works, quite wonky, even more so that SW, perhaps they're still working on it since they just rolled out the new card system, need to get out some bugs?

Any chance you got the 10% off bagged salad personalized eQ? That one got me once when doing a $3/$10 produce deal.

no, FF code is gone. Pretty sure I tested it

household code was working on Sunday. My CAT exp 10/17 but they usually work about 2wks after

i tried teh eggs code -TY- and it worked with a purchase that was $10 including eggs.
I bought more pork loin 1.99/lb. That was a pretty piece of meat, and I don't even like pork. I think it's nice enough for holiday fare.
Sealed in plastic bag so it's ready to freeze. Butcher said they're going to feature it at that price regularly.

Nothing real interesting in ad next week.

Did everyone see $1 Q for SW/produce? in SW thread -& 1st saw on MFA. Bricks Q when you pledge ...something.

Thanks, household is still good till 17th? I must've thought it was 9/17... doh! Stick Out Tongue
SW produce bricks q, yes, I read it on MFA too, but I think it's only $1 off $10.

SW ad, I see ON ice cream $3.49-$1 digital coupon =$2.49 as advertised price, wonder if code will work on it additionally? :yum: that would be great, dh says we "need" ice cream, I think an occasional treat is ok (vs. a big o bowl every single night), but we are all out.

Does anyone know if we can use both the paper one and the JFU one ($3/10)? Since this one as it prints, says MQ.

    Thanks.

New SW store in Berkeley has its Grand Opening this Friday. Here is the ad:
    http://weeklyspecials.safeway.com...toreID=691
Only exciting special that I see is $5 Starbucks coffee bags, which could be good if there are any Qs...

On a completely different topic, do other folks on this list have "fake" Facebook accounts? I have my "real" Facebook account (which I'm rarely on anyway) and then I have a separate one that I only use for things like coupons and deals. It seems like recently more of the deals are requiring you use your "primary" Facebook account or it doesn't work. I'm thinking those of us with "fake" accounts could all friend each other, which I would think would make it harder for them to distinguish between my real account and my secondary account. Anyone interested?

Nice find! That will be great for the folks in the Berkeley area. There are $3/2 bags of Starbucks at coupons dot com (link [coupons.com]).

I have a couple... A few other SDers are already doing this, One of my accounts has 2 SD frends

I've never had a problem printing from that one or my other "cyber only" personality account. I'll PM the account names to anyone interested. They're pretty unique so a simple search should find them.

I'm not sure if it's the norm, but after a store around here had a grand opening (remodeled 5+ months ago) they've had a slightly different weekly circular. Aside from all the extra promotions and store Qs, the front page of the ad usually has 5 or 6 modified placement blocks. Sometimes it will be for a completely different product, but usually it's the same product (mostly bread/fruit/meat) but cheaper than what's in the normal ad at all the other stores.

I've gotten some killer fruit deals b/c this one store will put certain fruit from the ad at a super low price, then use the $3/$10 produce eQ.

I set up two accounts so I could friend them just for that reason -- I needed to have fake friends. laugh out loud I would be happy to be your fake friend if you want to PM me.
