Snuggle dryer sheets are $3 in Texas. Snuggle liquid is $3.75.. I bought the dryer sheets today & the coupon beeped. I forgot what the register said exactly, but basically said "item not found' or whatever message pops up there, if you don't buy the correct item.
The clerk looked at the product/coupon 10x, then pushed it through.. then looked at my total -- (I bought Dawn too, so I wasn't just waltzing out there paying nothing) -- and she wigged out.. Said I'd be getting it for free.. called a supervisor told her that "she'd be getting it for free'.. Supervisor said "yeah" and told her to enter it (which she had already done but was having a freak out over it)..
Anyway.. anyone know why the Snuggle Q beeped for the dryer sheets? I will NOT be going back there to get my other packages.. Definitely not worth the hassle.
another great find. Not sure if the mr. clean dry erase bogo is still good or not but there is a hand tag on the liquid for 50 off eraser it is a FD q. Use two coupons plus a bogo get both for 33 cents
Thanks. You're absolutely correct & I figured out why, thanks to karmalaw..apparently Unilever sold Snuggle to "Sun products" or something about a year ago... When I was at Wag - I checked the UPC for the newer package and it did not match the package I bought.
So I got a really old package of Snuggle.. So if no other sales come up - I will go back to a different FD, make sure it has the newer UPC and buy more.
This might help some of you with coupons at FD. Today I was there to do some work and to also get on some of the deals before coupons expire tomorrow. The manager told me the systems are only able to apply two FD coupons TOTAL per transaction. You can use as many MFC as items plus two FD coupons. I had to split off two of my items because I had a total of four different FD coupons. So just so you guys know, it is not the cashiers being sucky (even though mine was clueless, good thing I "work" there), the system won't allow more than two FD coupons per transaction.
Nothing in life is free, unless you have a coupon!
Huggies Peelies going up the week of 11/16. Manufacturer coupons with FD logo exp 1/30/10. One is for Diapers $1 off and the other is for Pull-ups $1 off. They are connected but are two individual coupons.
FD flyer in my post office box not sure when received has date of 11/29 on it though. As I was tossing it in the trash saw a coupon: $5 off 25 11/29 through 12/06/2009 excludes the usual pre paid cell cards, beer and gift cards.
Also has Hot Wheels Turbo Talkers for $10 at Walmart dot com they are $30, 11 oz Maxwell House coffee $2.50.
I don't recall getting an FD flyer in the mail before.

Just an FYI: Family Dollar has a Coupon Policy now on their site, but I'm assuming it's a pdf because when I click on it I can't open it. (I'm at work and don't have a pdf program on my work PC) Could someone possiblly C&P the Polciy here so we could have it for future reference? I'll send reps to whoever does it first! TIA
