I sent him an Email and he replied in under 24 hours. He asked for a picture of the flaw, I sent it, and within a week I had a whole new desk, no questions asked (actually got it last Friday).
I would definitely buy from him again and still need to leave my positive review for him.
This desk is a bitch to put together though and you may have to shim a couple places to get the surfaces flush..the directions didn't have enough detail and the pictures weren't accurate. I do love the desk though and for $65 I'd buy it again.
Friend of mine had exactly same issues from another seller (but same desk), 2 of the plastic feet for the PC base broke aswell on his (i didn't use the PC base, as i'm just using this for work and 2 laptops).
A good solution for this is to run the cables down the black legs in the back and use black Velcro straps (https://www.amazon.com/VELCRO-Bra...63&sr=8-31) to secure the cables to the legs.
