The description incorrectly says 4 count, 32 bars. It comes as 1 package of 8 bars. The package was nasty, beat up, looked like it had gotten wet, and the paper was stuck and embedded in the soap. Love the soap, but not the packaging.

I've ordered this three times and I only get a pack of eight called Amazon and they keep re-shipping only one pack of eight in order to get this order right you have to call and waste your time on the phone four times

Exactly Amazon customer service has been more difficult to deal with compared to the past. I'm assuming people abused the system and now they pressure CS reps to have some resistance dealing with refund issues/order problems.
