So I created a form for our department to fill out that goes into detail about each employee's experience level with different aspects of the job (like changing a ballast, cleaning fan coils etc). At the top of the form is their name, date, number of years with the company and then a spot that asks what their highest level of education is. The choices are: High school/GED, Tech school/certificate, Some college, Associates degree, B.A/B.S degree, graduate school.
Some of the guys are marking "graduate school" because they "Graduated high school."
Quote from ForeverDcember :
Better yet. There is a spot of the form about prior work experience. It asks if you have experience in budgeting and if so, explain. Someone wrote "I do my own bills and have a FICO score of ***"
*** actual FICO score not listed
Even though they're not work orders, this combined ranks right up there in the top 10 funniest work orders ever.
"Happiness and depression are both feelings, just like joy and anger. It's not feelings that give us problems. It's what we do with them that makes the difference."
"When I was 5 years old, my mom always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down happy. They told me I didn't understand the assignment and I told them they didn't understand life."
