You need to click the link in the email to review the new privacy policies and accept to continue your membership. If you decline it, you will not receive any more surveys and will not be able to redeem your points in the current account. I don't see anything strange on the new privacy policies and I have hit accept.

I know it says 6-8 weeks in the FAQ but I requested back in June in August and i thought it was faster then that. Only reason I ask is because I can't remember how long it took to get and I requested a check on Nobember 2nd and I really need to get it before December 4th.

I am not sure if your request went in before or after their recent "glitch" but I had requested a check the first week of October and they sent me an email in the last week telling me it had been overlooked because of a glitch in their system and it would take an additional 2 weeks.

I've never had that happen before, but it guess it's one way to guarantee that the responents actually answer truthfully. It was a pain though...took 10 minutes to answer questions which would have taken about 3-4 minutes via an internet survey.

I received the call also, long and very boring redundant questions, thought it would never end..

I almost wonder if it wasn't also a way that they used to see how many people were still interested in taking their surveys. No matter how bad it gets, it could always be worse!
