Is there an option to make the "latest posts" bigger so we can read more of the from the posts? Thanks

Just now noticed the "feedback" link... here's what I posted as a suggestion here:
I used the "ignore thread" option for a thread for the first time tonight, hoping to hide it from the slickdeals live page(in the "Latest Posts" section). It would be great if the live page utilized this option. |

I'm liking the live feed. However, the page seems to stop updating quite frequently, like the feed locks up. I'm using IE 7.0.57 at work (no choice) and Firefox at home. Is this a beta issue? Any suggestions or comments?
