oh - might as well add this Weber Spirit E-210 771-556 is now a penny - it's the older model with the knobs on the left. The newer models have the knobs on the front. If anybody wants to try their luck, there is a display model outside in front of the store in Oxon Hill MD - For the most part, I think these all went at 99.03 a while ago.

Found a Kohler Forte shower faucet for a penny, scanned original barcode for a penny. Set off an alert at the desk when I tried self checkout and after about 15 mins they offered it to me for 50 dollars. Last reduction price was 50.03 so I didnt bite. They told me they get credit for the product if they throw it out, if they sell it for a penny they dont. Rediculous!!!!

"they", so multiple people for at least 15 minutes plus your time, although the latter doesn't apply for my query. What'd it cost them in labor charges to do that, and the future value in labor, administrative and overhead charges for getting a manufacturer credit? I think they would have come out ahead just giving it to you!

Did you said Weber E-210 for penny? wow... even for 99 bucks its a steal.. I am looking to buy one this season but nothing here in NJ.

I think your only chance of seeing one reach the .03 level is if the store never gets around to putting a clearance price sticker on it.

How come the "gas grill" (sku 466487) you've posted doesn't match the picture you've attached "Charcoal grill (sku 404843)?

same price in Southern California, and this kit took a LONG time to drop in price to .06. Maybe longer to hit .03 as well...

Thank you, thank you for posting these here. can't rep you again yet but will when i can. Went to home depot with these sku's and found a whole pallet of the 2 pack on the top shelf. There were 23 i took 20, I'm sure i could have waited to see if they reached a penny since they were up top but $1 is a great deal for a 2 pack 16 qt. Just paid 1.75 each for this same container at Dollar general (normally 3.50 each)

According to their system there should be 72 hdx 20 gal for $1 but i couldn't find em.

I know right, they literally told me they were going to throw it out to get credit for it. I should of met him up in the back near the dumpster.

The three stores near me show no stock on the auger and I could actually use that

If that is truly what they do, I don't understand why they can't just give it to the person and claim it was thrown away. They didn't sell it in either scenario.
