Did you upgrade to the new FF 21.0? I could print coupons in FF until I upgraded. The printer software is probably not yet compatible with the latest version.

Maybe they are just closing some of the loopholes you use to "Game" the system.
It would not take them long to figure out who you are by comparing your posts under an alias FB account to the what seems like endless complaints you say you submit to them.

I work in customer support for a company and we make notes on peoples accounts that are constant complainers and usually do very little to help them and sometimes tell them their business is no longer wanted.

I was able to find these instructions to print coupons in FF 21.0 and am now able to print again!

I looked into the issue and you're right, Firefox doesn't install the coupon printer addons like it should. Here's a work around for you:

Launch Firefox and type about:config into the address bar (note, tread lightly here, as it is Firefox's configuration file and you want to make sure you make any inadvertent changes).

Scroll down the page and locate the line "plugins.load_appdir_plugins". Double click the line to change the Boolean operator from false to true. Close Firefox.

PL has one of those InContext trips to the booze isle surveys up - and this time it's worth 86 SBs. Be sure to pay attention to where all the booze is so you can find what they tell you to buy on the timed exercise near the end.

Make sure to remove the two programs it puts on your computer when you're done. One is called Shopping InContext and the other Unity Web Player.
