Citi forward card is the only card with 5% (5 points per dollar) for restaurant purchases?
Wondering if there are any other good ones out there I haven't found. |

I have a Citi Forward Student card, and the 0% APR ran up in June. Does anyone think it could be possible to try and get a new promo on that? Has anyone had a story like this where it did happen? They'll gladly give me 0% transfer balance, but that isn't useful to me. I've been with them a year, never missed a payment, and have been respectful of the credit line I have. I know I could just sign up for a new one, but I really don't want to do that. Don't really need two credit cards before 21!
24 bottles of Nivea for Men: free tax Four HP TouchPads. (3 32gb and 16gb) :$550 Sony R50XBR1: Free (MSRP $4,000) Samsung UN40EH6030: $500 (MSRP $930) Klipsch Synergy 10" Sub: $170 (MRSP $400) Countless Blu Rays. |

Anyone know what the best card is for signup bonuses? Preferably no annual fee. I can't get a Chase card because I have an Amazon card and they don't like issuing two cards to own person (I've been denied like the past 4 times I've asked with all the reps saying "it looks here like you have an account with us already..."). If there's not a good one with a bonus, what's the best non-Chase cashback card? Citi Forward good?

Anyone ever have chase downgrade them before?
I just notice after a year they downgraded me. They sent me a new card with out me asking the chase Freedom but I used to be Chase Sig.. What the hell.. I am guessing they did this because that card is for people spending 50K+ on thier cards but I was only spending about 10k a year on it. |

Best Rewards Credit Card = Penfed Platinum Rewards
The Penfed Platinum Rewards Credit Card is clearly the best rewards credit card, period. No annual fee, low 9.99% APR, and best rewards where 1 point = $1 cash back via Visa Gift Card.5% on gas, 3% on supermarket, 1% on everything else. If you can find another rewards card that offers this much back ALL YEAR ROUND without any minimum amounts to obtain prior, please let me know. Stop wasting your time with other credit cards that offer less... |

Fiancee and I are going to be spending about $4,000- $5,000 in the next 3 months or so for cruise/wedding expenses. What are the cards we should be opening up. Right now it looks like the best option is for us to both open up the Rapid Rewards Card, for 50k points eah minus $69/99 annual fee. Is this the best option or are we missing something? Thanks.
P.S. 110k companion pass option is not really in play because we would never spend $10k to get the extra 10k points needed and we won't be flying a lot anytime soon so it wouldn't be worthwhile |
