The rewards aren't worth much, I only use mine for international charges. |

"I have had a loan or credit card for 3 years or more with a credit limit above $5,000" Is it possible I'll be accepted at $1,700 limit for just over 1 year? If it's highly unlikely I don't think I'll bother. |

Other than foreign transaction fee, what do you think of:
https://www.usbank.com/credit-car...ature.html Why isn't this card talked about more? It seems to me that it's better than Chase Freedom because you can select the 5% categories. |

Maybe because you have to apply in-branch? I can't seem to find any info about annual fee. Is there one? |

**Also, if people are interested, all I had to do was call a US Bank branch and they applied for it over the phone. I have no history with them so I see this as a GREAT supplement for Chase Freedom because you get 5% cash back on gas with Chase (6/12 months a year) and other great perks on this card for other places. |

My Sapphire Preferred renewal comes up in March and I'm wondering if it's worth it to pay the fee ($95/yr) or if I should downgrade to the (free) regular Sapphire or migrate to the Freedom.
Most paid cards have some sort of annual incentive to keep you (e.g. my Delta Amex gives me a companion pass every renewal), it doesn't look like the Sapphire Preferred offers anything. |

Didn't see Navy Federal Credit Union mentioned here: www.nfcu.org.
They have a 0% APR BT for a year with no balance transfer fee deal going on right now. Deal expires at the end of February. |
