Confirmed on Frugalliving NW which found info apparently from albies facebook page that doublers will only be found in papers and not given to the store....

Yep, it is on Albies FB. I am not surprised. After the EC show the store got hit harder then ever. I have mixed feelings about it. The shelves won't be cleared so fast so that's good but finding Sundays papers at the dollar store is going to be even harder now.

Is Fred Meyer doing prescription transfers right now? My memory is getting so bad. I have done them there before but I don't remember if I had to have a coupon. Is it just an ongoing thing and do I just say I want the gift card for transferring? Is it advertised somewhere? I didn't see anything in the paper or on the website.

Thanks for replying! I ended up going to FM before I saw your post. At first they said there was no transfers going on right now as the last one ended on the 25th but then after I walked away I heard over the loud speaker " will the transferred prescription customer please come to the pharmacy" (lol). So I guess they discovered that it started again on the 27th! Yay! I asked her if it was usually announced in the weekly ad or online but they didn't even know it had started again so I'm thinking that it ends one day and then starts again a day or 2 after that. i didn't see anything in the ad. i'm thinking that I will just take them there and if they say it ended, just wait a day or 2 and try again. It's nice that you don't need a coupon at FM.

At least it will cut down on the favoritism and difference in treatment between stores and various employees.

Doublers don't come in our local paper because it's a Tuesday/Thursday only paper (yup, super small town). I hope that doesn't mean our store won't even get doublers anymore.

I think the milk cat is over now. But the $5 and $2 is still printing. I'm going to wait until Sunday and see if we get doubles to use my coupons.

There is a 50c printable for the Thins and a 75c/2 on the granola bars at coupons.com and a 60c for the Thins and a 85c/2 on the granola bars at bettycrocker.com. Also on couponnetwork (I think thats the site - the catalina promo one) has printables as well.

Is the $2 only on the thins?
