I posted this question on Albies' FB wall and got the following answer:

I have a question about this week's ad. Refreshers are $1.50 but you get $5 off your total purchase price when you buy ten. If I buy ten Refreshers and use ten free coupons, should the cashier deduct $1.50 for each coupon or $1.00 for each coupon?


Albertsons Hi! Great question! With the Mix, Match & Save Instantly deals, when you buy any 10 items you should get $5 off you total purchase. So you should be able to use the coupons to make each Refresher free, the whole $1.50 and then you should get the additional $5 off your total purchase. I hope this helps. I'd make the trip in a heartbeat ... I'm just not sure where to go. I have looked at the ONLINE ads for both Lynnwood and Mukilteo and they both show $25 transfer. I'll have to scout around and see if I can get ahold of one of the ads with the $50 deal. I thought it would be as easy as picking an ad up at one of the stores, but now I'm not sure.

I'm visiting Great Falls soon and need to stock up DSD on some groceries- do any stores there double?

I've got a couple meds I get for my dog. I was able to do one transfer last summer but there I haven't seen any other transfer offers to make me leave QFC (which is right down the street). Otherwise, I'd be transferring back!

Kmart is the only store in MT that doubles - with a min $25 purchase, 5 coupons ($1 or less) will double. You need to be a SYWR member.

These for sure: downtown Edmonds - the store on 196th in Edmonds does not have a pharmacy (Amber got the ad) 145th in Shoreline (Shuri got the ad) Canyon Park and Mill Creek (SD Cookie got the ad.) I would assume Everett as well.

Call and ask for a transfer before you come so it is ready...that way you can also verify the $50 ahead of time.

Thanks MommieD ... it's the $50 that caught my eye! It still stumps me that their online ads (for those store locations) are showing a $25 offer. It will be well worth my time to follow up on this.

Canyon Park doesn't have a pharmacy. Downtown Bothell does. I think Mill Creek does have a pharmacy.
Has anyone tried this yet? I'll have more time for shopping around tomorrow when I don't have my class.

I think I'm going to go try it at QFC this afternoon. I'll probably go to one of the Everett stores because I frequent Mill Creek QFC pharmacy all too often.

There's a coupon in the WAGS flier this week for $25 for a prescription transfer or you can type in your info at the link above, print off the $25 coupon for a WAGS transfer and bring it in. (Nice story from Oshie: When she brought in her $25 coupon for a transfer to WAGS the pharmacist couldn't figure out how to give her a gift card so ended up giving her $25 in cash!)

This morning I boughtt:
4 SBUX Frapuccino = $20
6 SBUX refresher = $9
Used: 4 Buy frap get refresher (TP) - $6
2 x $2/2 Frap (from last week insert) - $4
2x Free refresher MQ (last week insert) - $3
- $5 when buying 10 items

Oop total $11 for all of them. Good price in my book as DH loves the Frap.
