No, I don't think they would. I did the 'FAC' Cains mayo two weeks ago. It was on sale for $1.99 each and the cashier adjusted the last coupon. I wasn't buying anything else so it was quite obvious, though; then, again, she entered each double manually and was watching the price as she went.

It's definitely YMMV. I successfully doubled the FE Qs yesterday. My cashier scanned all my Qs and at the end of the order just added 5x$1 store Q.

What have other gotten for free or near free with the $1 Doubles? Meybe we could ad an ongoing list to the wiki? The Nesquick Milk for $1.69 -$2 is a good one to start!

This week I used my $1 doubles for:

Dole pineapple - .75 x 3 = 2.25 - $1/3 x 2 = .25 for three cans
Welch's refrigerated juice - $2.50 - $1 x 2 = .50 ($1 q beeped, so I should have used the .75 one)
Brownie Mix = $1 x 2 = 2 - $1 x 2 = FREE
Progresso Soup = $1 x 4 = 4 - $1/4 x 2 = $2 (.50/can)
Organic Olive Oil = $4.99 -$1x2 = $2.99 for 16.9 oz.
and the Caroline rice freebie with the .75 q doubled.

(The blinkies for the Fresh Express salad were all gone. I knew I should have grabbed an extra last week!)

I think I will use by $1 q for Baby Bel next week. They have a regular price of $3.69 - $2 = $1.69. Not too bad for a product I buy anyways.

If you more than 5 $1 coupons, I would suggest doing multiple transactions at different check out counters since $1 coupon double limit is 5.

I normally get all stuff for my first order and once check out is done, I start looking for stuff for my second order. This always gives me enough time to plan multiple transactions at same store.

I went right before closing so only did one transaction. If I were to do two, I'd do them separately and with different cashiers (and after putting my first purchase in the car).
