I keep getting those "quick minute" surveys from a couple of months back that take about a minute to do. That's great.

Unlike before where they would pay 5 points for each, they're just for sweeps. That's bad.

They keep offering the same one about vehicles even if you complete it so I can't seem to get to any of the normal surveys. That's...er, worse.

ADDED: I got a followup survey on the one for Rum. $8 for about 15-20 minutes.

I got my citi card this morning also they're really fast lately!

I have gotten this FOUR TIMES today on four different surveys and I have no idea why. These surveys aren't even showing up in my history.

This could happen because you were either flagged for data concerns or someone else already participated in this survey using this computer.

I am constantly getting the same tire survey (does not ask if interviewed for tire prior to survey)
Goes thru quite a few questions, before it give the "does not look right for you" message.

I got it two times in a row yesterday before I gave up on them for the day. They responded to my emails immediately and said one of them was a "known issue" that they were working on, and the other one I just "didn't qualify for" (even though I answered all their questions and completed everything through the demographics at the end).

I also keep getting that BS error, I told them about it and they gave me a BS answer....

Well I'm going to give OO some credit here.

Had a survey (ORD-42617-8BXY) back on March 8th where I got to the end and screen said You have completed the study but didn't redirect back to OO, no credit for it (you know the BS that happens every so often). Emailed them and got the standard reply of survey is still open wait, 3 to 4 weeks, yadda yadda yadda.

Decided it was time to look over everything in my survey history and of course hadn't been compensated for it. Sent them an email tonight with a short message and about eight minutes later I got a reply that my account was just credited and sure enough they added 10 points.

Do not do this one on financial services. It's for 25 points and it is extremely repetitive and takes the full half an hour. At the end of it after getting through the demographic questions, it disqualifies you. Holy frustrating.

ORD-50561-JSDK leads to a product test (personal care)

Having a wonderful night on OO tonight as just about every survey is getting to the end and then disqualifying me.

Had one where it stated I completely qualified for a PT for child and I. Took plenty of time answering everything and then they threw the demographic questions at the end where after clicking on income it booted me. Ticked I emailed OO and gave my opinion on that if income demographics are going to be the deciding factor that it should be done at the first of the survey and asked them to forward that on to these survey companies that pull this crap.

Surprisingly I received a quick reply and they said they appreciated my feedback and will pass my suggestion to the relevant parties involved and that they welcome all points of view to improve the quality of their surveys.

Also confirmed I was disqualified by the survey company and that they did see I spent several minutes in the survey and credited my account with some goodwill points (5 to be exact ).

It's not much, but much better then a kick in the head.

I'm glad that they have been good about replying to you and even giving partial credit the last few times you have contacted them! I wish I could say I've had the same luck, but I haven't. I am still trying to chase down some points for a couple of surveys from last month that are supposedly still "open". Ha!

I wish I had some secret I could share but I'm sure I'm doing no more or less then anyone else when it comes to dealing with them. I send polite emails that express my frustration with whatever issue it is and always thank them for their time in reading my rants.

Tonight was just sheer frustration all around and had enough of getting disqualified at the end (at least 4 times) so voiced my opinion. Was very surprised at the quick response and extremely surprised at the adding of points.
