Sloooow frustrating week but just went through 11 surveys with disqualifying on 6 (apparently on one I was taking to much time as I had family things to tend to and as I came back in the room and proceeded to sit down it booted me, fine by me as I didn't want to sit thru the political commercials anyway) so 5 for a total of 55 points. Took about an hour and a half which is well under minimum wage but still more productive then sitting in front of the tv screen.

It really depends on who replies to your email, some CS worker will award you points and others will not. Today I got lucky with this:

It is part of their business model, and that of most of these other survey companies, to ignore what you say and give a canned nonsense answer to your complaints a certain % of time; they know most people will never bother to follow up, and so they don't have to pay. If you DO follow up, however, you almost certainly WILL be credited, as long as you stay professional and keep pointing to your proof. Note to newbies: "Repping" someone means clicking the link to the right of where it says "Reputation" under their name and agreeing to add to their reputation... we can tell if you said you repped but didn't do it.
. ![]() The lowest forms of life are: cockroaches, pond scum, and people who give a thumbs-down without posting an explanation. |

Luckily, when I was "flagged" today for completing the second part of a PT survey, I had the trial materials from Ipsos on my desk and sent Opinion Outpost photos... including the customer service number printed on the instructions. I'm hoping OO doesn't want their clients to know they're canceling people out of their surveys and not paying them. We'll see what happens

I haven't gotten any surveys in weeks through this place. I got a response to an email I sent last week that said
"We have looked into your account and received a "Hard Bounce" that has caused your account to be deactivated due to your mailbox being unavailable in the system. This is why you were not receiving surveys. We can reactivate your account for you." They wanted to email them back with my name and birthday and stuff to reactivate my account so I just called them instead and she fixed the problem over the phone. I can now take surveys again. Yippee |
