Uhhhhh ohhhhhh...... my account is now frozen due to 'data concerns'. What the hell does that mean? I have been using OO since approximately 2007 and they just NOW have data concerns? These guys suck now.
here's another tip if you're waiting for uncredited points, I've been trying to get the points for a survey for over 2 weeks now, I was dealing with the rep named Maysoon and they were just being complete A holes about it. They said they confirmed I took and completed it but would still not give me the points. First they said I had to wait 2 weeks, then 2-3 weeks then today they told me 3-4 weeks!

In as much as we want to award you with your points right away, we will have to wait for the results from our client. We may only have the results once the survey trues up and this normally takes 3-4 weeks depending on the study that the survey host site is having. If you don't receive the points after this period is over, feel free to let us know and we will verify it with the client. Thank you for your time.
