Also, I don't remember seeing a coupon for the honey nut cheerios. I would love to get those instead of the plain kind. TIA. You guys are a big help! |

If you bought in lots of four and didn't get the discount, you bought the wrong sizes or varieties. It takes a lot of attention to the tags on the shelf. (This time they advertised ALL, but it was a printing mistake; it should be SELECT varieties.) There are/have been several coupons for honey nut. You can always check the printables thread, here. To get two prints on coupons.com without scrolling through everything twice:
1. select all the coupons you want to print. 2. right-click on "coupons" at the top of the page and click "open in new tab." 3. click "print coupons" in the first tab 4. click "print coupons" in the second tab doesn't work in chrome |

I know many people on here don't bother to go back for coupons when the cashier misses them, but I almost always do. I live 30 minutes from the closest store, so I don't always go back right away, but what I do is call when I get home. I keep telling myself I am going to start checking my receipt before I leave the store, but with 3 kids in tow, it doesn't always (or ever) happen. I check them when I get home, and make sure all were scanned. If one is missed I call the store, just mention I was in earlier that day and had 4 coupons for cereal but only 3 were scanned, I always write the name of the person I spoke to on the top of my receipt, I mention to them what lane I went through if they want to pull the coupons to make sure it was in the bag (normally they're still bunched together), but they don't usually do that. Sometimes they say they'll write a note and leave it at the desk, sometimes they just say bring your receipt back and they'll take care of it. I have gone back a week later and gotten my money back. Petty, maybe, but I don't like getting jipped ![]() The honey nut cheerios coupon I had was from last month, it had an expiration date of 11/9, printed from bettycrocker.com, I don't think they had one for those this month, same with the cocoa puffs coupons. Good luck

I found the turkey worth it -- only $6.xx for a small one, did the cabot cheese deal ($2 ea, with 1/$2 mq, and $1.50/3 savingstar), orange juice for $1 and instant coffees for $0.29/box after after wounded warrior project coupons, four pepperoni sticks for $1.40 after sale and $0.55/1 hormel coupon... add a block of tofu and the bananas my kid was begging for, and I hit $28 pretty easily. Also just signed up for email alerts from shaws with a new email addy, and got bricks coupon for $2/25 purchase. Short exp date though, 11/24, so I'm not racing to print it on multiple computers.

There are Halls cough drop coupons in Shaws & Star Market stores .55/1 which doubles. The Halls are 1.69 (or so) and B2G1 free.
1.69 x 3 = 5.07- 1.69 = 3.38. Use three coupons at 1.10 each. 3.38-3.30= .08 for 3 bags. The third coupon is deducted against the free. I've run this deal a few times. What I am not sure is that spend $15, get $5 promo with this product. I am not sure if it is a one time purchase or multiple. I am donating the extras to my sons school hba/medicine drive. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ post linky Thanks to all my RA peeps for getting me to 6000! Thanks munchkin, cmm4chris, debko, thorndor, angelinda, PGF, Mokki and Rodent!!! Thanks to all my Shaw's buddies for getting me to 5000. 42% of children in the United states live in low-income families (less than the amount needed to cover basic expenses). Why should you care? Because the future of our country depends on our children. |
