I have been going to shaws here and there for a few things. I figured since I had the $.70 wishbone coupons that were expiring today that I would do a run or 2 with them. MY GOD - the cashier was CRAZY - read everything, then said I couldn't use it because it would go over the price of the item... then voided them, then put them in for the price of the item - then said I couldn't use them because I bought the wrong product. So I took my bags out of my cart and showed her they were all the right products (mind you I bought 12 things). I will be avoiding that cashier - I just went back and put any extra coupons by the products and handed some to other people standing around. It took me at least 15 minutes to check out - absolutely ridiculous!

I haven't shopped Shaw's in so long especially because they took out the SCO. I will probably go to Cranston for dressing this week.

I haven't seen this mentioned here so just letting you know for the past couple weeks the Yakisoba Noodles & soup bowls have been on sale at shaws for $.050 each. Use the $1/2 or $0.50/1 MQ in 2/10 SS and get them for free. The sale ends the 28th of this month.
The $.50/1 coupon is only taking $.89 as I used it last night and the doubling breakdown was

-$.50
-$.39

and they are normally priced at $.89 as an everyday price.

I got the $1/2 MQ so my Q's didn't have any doubling to do. That's good you still got overage even though they were only $0.50ea

Jello 4 pack comes out to $4.45 after coupon + instant savings for 5 of em. Not bad.

Hmmmm I think that's it. Ho-hum.
