Just called CVS about the ES not printing and he is sending one to my card. He didn't really give a reason why it hadn't printed.

I also am due $15 ECB on beauty club and have not had a beauty club print since 1/21. My totals show the correct amount as of this morning but it doesn't show the ECB. He said I need to wait a few more days for it to show up. I have never had it update the totals but not print the ECB.

I hope you have better luck than I did. My ES didn't print the week before last. I called on Monday, it was supposedly going to print for me by Wed. On Wed. there was nothing. Called again on Wed, supposedly it was sent to card for Thurs. On Thurs, there was nothing. Called on Friday, spoke to supervisor who assured me, beyond a shadow of a doubt that it would be there waiting on my card on Saturday. Yeah, you guessed it, NOTHING on Sat. They will be getting an earful from me today.

Oh, and yesterday (Sun) I scanned my card and got this "sent to card summary" for that card: $1 EB! Yes, $1! That is supposed to be my consolation I guess!

But as far as the BC, she checked and saw my spending was $193 but saw that I have only received a total of $10 EB's. So she programmed a $5 EB to print for me on Wednesday. Of course, I am less than confident that the $5 will actually print.

Is the $2/$2 Tresemme a daily CRT? I know I saw reports from Sunday but wasn't sure if anyone else received them today too.

Just called about ES, CSR found 5 unused since December, so he is reissuing them all. Was THRILLED until I read some of the comments from earlier.

I'm a little behind on some deals, but can someone tell me if the Hallmark cards are still giving ECB's if I buy a certain amount? If so , how much do I have to buy to get the ECBs ?

Pardon the silly question, but have you maybe checked out the weekly thread? If there is a deal, it would be in the wiki there. (No idea if there is a deal or not, but I'm mobile right now and can't do your legwork for you)
