I am cross-posting this so please don't be mad--Just called P&G about the number of receipts for the rebate. Great news--due to customer concerns, it has been officially changed as of today to multiple receipts.

I know you can purchase the 4 off of 20 coupons from Ebay but if anyone has a trusted seller could you please pm me. I have never had to purchase them before, but having problems making them now.

Haven't we had "shortages" before, though? I just feel like it's "jumping the gun" to say they're totally dead. We thought they were dead, what?, a few months ago? I think it was around the time we all started getting weekly % coupons, wasn't it?

I just printed a 4 off 20, exp 3/9, so no problems for me.
***Update: No, I don't have a link to give anyone. Unfortunately, I buy these from a seller. I know everyone's opinion of anyone who sells these coupons, but I have never found anyone to share the mystery of how they get multiples of these coupons, so that was I do.
