Thread Details

This is the CVS Coupon Discussion thread for questions, scenarios & chat for all coupons (including Manufacturers) that can be used at CVS.

This is the only thread due to the fact another thread that had CVS coupons only turned into a begging thread and was full of abuse.

Kinda off-topic. Lost my ECB card but have my number. I read once that you can generate and print out barcode based on the number and you can stick it on another card. Does anyone have a link to such a barcode generator that would work at the scanners?

TIA.

Just a heads up, the Maybelline CRT says "one day only" and has an expiry of the very next day (mine that printed today was set to expire tomorrow). Also, I don't believe this printed on my second card, but it did print on my first card (and I received the e-mail on that card) - so it may be card specific. Smilie

Rapidlash deal posted by Randy71:
http://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=41815262&postcount=74

Rapidlash $49.99

- 10/50 CRT
- $10 SavingStar
- $20 ECB
- $5 Beauty ECB

Ends up being only $4.99 which is 90% off.

Then sell the item on Ebay ~$30 and you'd cash out some ECB too.
Bought the Rapidlash on Sunday. Listed it up on Amazon for $25 and within hours, I got a buyer. Shipped it out the following day. Used my last 10/50 CRT on that too. No more $$$/$$$ when I scan my card Frown

My last 10/50 expired yesterday as well. Sadwalk I have no idea how many I got over the last month, but it was a BUNCH! Sometimes I would get two in one day. And I used every single one except one. nod

Wonder if it was some sick joke they played on us from marketing? Get us all hooked on the $/$$s and then yank them away. I was getting $4 off $20 regularly, friend was getting $10 off $50 regularly, no more in the last week though, last ones expiring on Sunday (used it on Charmin).

Can I still get overage with Skittles BOGO CVS Q and two MQ's or is that deal so over? Making it out tonight finally and want to be prepared for correct total at register!
If anyone's wondering, I actually used 2 of those CRTs last night on 4 bags of Starburst jellybeans in the same transaction (along with other stuff - had a subtotal over $60), and both auto'd for $4.29. Smilie

Had a store manager tell me CVS didn't need to send me $$/$$ coupons - they knew I would shop there anyway

Guess she & CVS are both wrong

ROFL!

I'd never set foot in a CVS again without the coupons.

I had always worked under the impression that places like CVS would give you some kind of bonus for transferring or bringing them a new prescription. I can't seem to find anything like that online. I'm pretty sure that this means that CVS only does it occasionally (or with a coupon that is not active right now), but I'm hoping somebody will tell me that it's actually so commonplace that they just do it and I don't need a coupon, etc.

Rx coupons were the norm up until about a year ago. Personally I think it has come to a hault to discourage all the transferring to here there and everywhere in the best interest of the customers health, and safety of having all prescriptions at one pharmacy as to reduce the possible risk of drug interations. But that is just my opinion.
