6. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive a private screening of Iron Man 2 for winner and up to one hundred (100) invited guests. The screening will occur at a theatre screening Iron Man 2 located in the winner's hometown, as selected by Sponsor, and must be completed by June 30, 2010. Guest spots may not be sold and have no individual value. If it is discovered that winner or any other person is selling guest spots to the prize screening, winner may forfeit prize, in Sponsor's sole discretion. All minor guests (under age 18) must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner or one of winner's guests. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, one of the guests must be winner's parent or legal guardian. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for a cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled screening beyond its control. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein including concessions and transportation are solely the responsibility of winner and guests. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,000.00.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Two Thousand Three Hundred (2,300). Each instant winner will receive one (1) coupon good for one (1) King Size REESE'SŪ Peanut Butter Cups. ARV valued up to $1.70 each. Coupons valid through June 30, 2010. Total ARV of all prizes offered is $4,910.00. The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner. UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Odds of winning depend on the random time at which prize is available and the number of entries received.
