What the freak! I like their Heritage collection but the pants I want are not even available online? Needed a 28W or even a 29W but size no longer available in any of their stores

A few months back, I regretted returning a 29W pair of dark grey pants i bought with 40% off because I saw a 28W online, only to be disappointed that they were not the same pants! That was strange as they both have the same item number. The color was much darker but I would have kept it if the fit was the same but it wasn't. Couldn't exchange the pants for the one I returned because it was gone already.

28W or 29W are almost never available in store, unless you get lucky and happen upon an online return. The smallest waist size they usually carry in store is a 30W.

And yeah, the online stuff sometimes have varying different fits even when it's the same product number. At least their return policy is 45 days from purchase date.

I bought something with my rewards certificates. If i return that item, do I get the rewards certificates back in the form of store credit? How does that work?

Ugh, I just missed the 25% coupon that expired yesterday, and I'm looking to try out some pants. How often do they run these deals? I'm kind of time limited, but is it worth waiting 1-2 more days?

Unfortunately they don't carry the size 28s in stores so I have to order online to try them. =(
