BR sent out a generic code for mad men 40% off. the code is BRMAD40 if you purchase two full priced items and BRMAD30 if you only purchased one full priced items. both of these codes stack with the sweeps code! not as great as the deal from the other day but just a heads up!

Hello everyone! Yes, I do still read this thread, but in this year, my interests have changed and I have come to recognize that I am fairly disinterested with clothing from Banana Republic for the most part. I will continue to make purchases every so often as well as read the thread, but not nearly as much as I used to. Thanks to everyone who has helped me on the thread in the last two years. Some idiot employee at the Grove BR didn't allow me to exchange a online order at the store... So I returned it.... What an idiot. Step up your employee training! He wanted the price difference from the sale online, double stacked coupon, and the regular store price.

i don't know what the policy is, but i have never been able to do an online exchange in store. might have been easier to go in without your receipt and ask... |

Well I didn't call him an idiot to his face if that helps
 I wasn't one of those crazy ppl screaming at customer service reps haha. Their policy allows for exchanges at their stores. I never had an issue before until this transaction. What's eligible for return? You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale, with the exception of Athleta styles which can be returned or exchanged at any time with no questions asked. What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase? You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
