Their policy allows for exchanges at their stores. I never had an issue before until this transaction.

What's eligible for return?

You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale, with the exception of Athleta styles which can be returned or exchanged at any time with no questions asked.

What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?

You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

calling him an idiot is harsh - a lot of the employees will do this. especially once they see how big of a discount you got online.

i don't know what the policy is, but i have never been able to do an online exchange in store. might have been easier to go in without your receipt and ask...

Some idiot employee at the Grove BR didn't allow me to exchange a online order at the store... So I returned it.... What an idiot. Step up your employee training! He wanted the price difference from the sale online, double stacked coupon, and the regular store price.
