Lucky you! From what I read, SB rarely restore account. for making them restore yours. Why was it deactivated in the first place and what did you do to get them to restore it?

I just said that my account was banned inadvertently and told them to check it out and I got a reply that my account was restored (no reason why). But this was over a year ago and I don't know if the same thing will work out now.

oh, i am so very sorry. i was dqed twice. first time, years ago, shortly after i first started. they were deactivating a lot of people for inappropriate searching i think. but they reactivated me.

2nd time for the infamous code entry. had to start from scratch then, didnt lose as much as you, that must really hurt.

i am trying to really behave myself now, and am not saving up much, spending once a month. only have about 4k at present.

hope you get back in, otherwise there are other ways.

Got reply this morning -- deactivated due to "using an auto-refresher program and/or on-line iFrame program" for SBTV, which I haven't been using since they started adding captchas but had used in the past. Don't think there's any chance of reactivating; they added at the bottom of email "please keep in mind that your case is officially closed and this will be a final resolution to this issue. No other response will be provided." Oh well.

Yep, I did. I bought amazon gcs at the beginning of the month and applied those to my amazon account once SB posted them.

May I ask were you using one of the short videos on SBTV and just refreshing that one video?
