How do I check to see if my coupon is valid? Call the general line 1800-old-navy and tell the CR who answered "can I please be transferred to customer relations? This is regarding the old navy weekly promotion". They will take your name, transfer you over, a customer relations representative answer and ask for your last name, and then check the coupon.

What are the terms and conditions of the coupon? They are not valid online. Discount applies to merchandise only, not to gift cards purchased, packaging or applicable taxes. Coupon is good for one time use only and must be surrendered at time of purchase. Copies of original coupon will not be accepted. No adjustments on previous purchases. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Coupon is not transferable and not valid for resale. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts including Gap Inc. employee discount. Not responsible for lost or stolen coupons. Employees not eligible.

How many times can I use a coupon? Coupons as of now are one-time use only.
If twitter/facebook/blogs/etc did not send me a coupon how can I get one? There are SDers that have been generous enough to giveaway or trade coupons both in the thread and in the trading thread so check in here frequently for updates.

What's the deal with Ebay? Does ON know people are selling coupons? There are sellers on Ebay offering ONW coupons at various prices. Buyer beware and do the math! Paying 25 for a 75/100 is the same as a 50/100. You are out $50 either way and you are providing further incentive for Ebay sellers to pillage ONW by dubious methods. Yes, ON is aware of Ebay sellers. SD'ers have received various responses after reporting this to ON on numerous occasions, but after 26 weeks it would seem that ON is unable or uninterested in preventing sales on Ebay.

how long does the Barker's Bones promo run? Not sure exactly, ON continues to update the expiration every two weeks.
Where can I find the link for Barker's Bones? Barker's bones link [facebook.com] It is found on the regular old navy facebook fan page under the "Barker's Bones" tab.
Should I become a fan of the OldNavy Facebook page? You can, but you do not need to be logged in to facebook to participate.
How do I play? Click on "Start Digging" and click each pile of dirt until a coupon pops up. If you want that Q, enter your info to access the Q. If you don't want the Q, refresh the page and play again! Once you enter your email then that is your Q for the week.
* When ON is reloading the Q's for a new week, you may get a blue loading dot or Barker holding a sign that says "It's Ruff". Keep refreshing your page to see if the new Q comes up. The new Q's will have the next week's expiration date. You may also need to clear your cache on your computer to get the new Q's to properly load.

Old Navy Text Alerts FAQ
Does ON do text alerts? Yes, each week they send at least one text to your phone with information about the current IOTW/promos/etc.
Does ON send coupons via text? Yes, in the past they have sent coupons for both in-store or online, but have been lesser coupons ($10/$50, 15%, etc).
How do I sign up for ON text alerts? You can add text alerts by heading over to ONW and adding your name and number on the bottom left under the mobile tab.
I don't know if I can trust ON... what's their privacy policy? The Old Navy privacy policy can be found here [oldnavyweekly.com]
I decided the texts are useless, how can I stop getting texts from ON? reply "STOP" to 653689 at any time and you'll be taken off the list.
I didn't sign up for texts since I do not have a texting plan, but a kind SDer posted the exact text message with a coupon and I would like to send it to my phone... can I do that? Yes you can. You can send texts to your phone free of charge via Txt2Day [txt2day.com], but your phone has to be enabled to receive texts.

M80 FAQ

What is M80? It operates via newsfeed and gives up to date information on sales/deals/ etc and can be found here [m80im.com].
Does M80 give out coupons? Short answer no. But sometimes there will be links to outside sites like blogs that will be running giveaways elsewhere.

How often does ON send Q's via FB? This remains to be seen, they have only sent them a few times in the past, so there is not much precedence at this time.
How do they send them? In the past they were sent via messages (not wall posts) with a link to print the coupon. You will receive a notification on the chat bubble icon every time you receive a message on facebook.

When will they send me a coupon? Recently they have been sending coupons the beginning of the week (Mon- Tues), but they could send one at any time.
What value are the coupons and when do they expire? Most recently they have been 50/100 purchase at ON. They have been expiring the same time the old navy weekly coupons expire- usually Thursday of the week they are sent. With the new promos, time will tell.
How do I know if I receive a coupon? A supermodelquin will send you a direct message on Twitter with a link. click the link, it will take you to FB- either your pofile page (if signed in) or FB sign-in page (if not signed in). Next go to Barker's Bones http://www.facebook.com/oldnavy?v...89&ref=sgm. Start digging and your Q should pop up!

What exactly are google alerts? Google alerts is a feature that allows new items that pop up for frequent google.com searches to be logged and for you to be notified of the new items.
What google alerts should I add? Go here [google.com] and add your alerts. They can be added either to your newsfeed or to your gmail account. It is up to you how you set up the alerts and how frequently you would like to receive them. I set up two alerts: one for news and one for blogs, both appear "as they happen" and are sent to my email.
Do I need to create a gmail account? No, you do not. If you are mostly used to checking email, it is a simpler alternative. Gmail is better known as "google mail" and is found at http://www.gmail.com if you would like a gmail account.
