This has been a very dead thread lately. Let's blame Bunnies. I have pull apart yeast rolls rising. I don't get too much credit -- it's Rhodes frozen dough. Not like I had to knead it for an hour. Lasagna is made and ready to go in the oven (no, it's not boughten frozen, it's real). I have a small brownie mix (8 x 8 pan size) that I'm going to make and we are having brownie sundaes for dessert. Mostly because I have been craving New York Vanilla ice cream with hot fudge on it for several days. Yes, I'm fully aware that none of that is diet friendly. But it's very tasty! Went to the library in town, grabbed a few more books for Mom and I. She's still visiting. We read, we swim. Occasionally, I accomplish something. Oh, oh, like yesterday. I got these two cube thingys at an auction. They are divided into 12 sections for shoes. I pulled the stuff off my closet shelf and hoisted them up there - they are heavy little buggers. I have the neatest, most organized shoes you've ever seen. I discovered that one of them has all 12 cubbies full of my shoes -- 2 pair in some and my steel toed water proof boots on top. The second one has several more cubbies filled with my shoes (mostly flip flops) and dh has, umm, 3 pair. A casual brown leather like for jeans, a slip on tennis shoe, and pair of sandals. His work boots don't go there. Last edited by gt6mk31; 07-29-2011 at 12:41 PM.. |

![]() We're a Method household, too. Now we can be laundry buddies ![]() We switched to Method after my fragrance allergies got really bad and I could no longer use Cheer. Plus I discovered that Tide and Cheer, have the first and second highest concentrations, respectively of 1,4 dioxane, which is a water-soluble carcinogen. No thank you. We love Method! Not as much dry skin since we started using it. Clothes feel softer. Fewer respiratory allergies. Happy, happy we are. We use Method Fresh Air but I have been developing a fragrance allergy to that also, mild as it is, so we're thinking of switching to Method Fragrance Free. A little goes a long, long, long way with that detergent. They say 4 pumps, but I found you only need that for really large, really soiled loads. For average sized loads of everyday use stuff like towels and nightclothes 2 pumps suffices. Ooh, if you have a CVS in your neck o' the woods (I still can't keep track of who is where), keep your eye out for Free after ECB deals for Method. We got ours free last year.

They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

I do have CVS but I hate it. I have quit the drugstores for now. I was loving RA but I got sick or tired one week and lost $40 +ups so I just started spending what was left. I burned all my RRs too. ONce we get to AZ I will go back to CVS and Wags again, will miss RA though. PLus I will have to learn ALL new grocery stores too. I dont have a little anxiety over it all but I can't get there fast enough. Had an older guy in a white pickup drive by my house this evening going 3mph twice! so that could be a good sign. I am in the middle of doing windows and a weaving while watching DVR. Last edited by Dazzledby5; 07-29-2011 at 03:25 PM.. |

I've NEVER used Method, but they have some scents that really intrigue me. I need to find some on clearance, then I'd probably be addicted if they smell good. Until I run out of something though, I won't just buy it to try, unless it's almost free. I did buy that pink dragonfruit Cascade, because I love pink and it smells so good. So I'm using that instead of my Electrasol stockpile now...LOL

purple one - that's lavender or lavender vanilla or something like that, right? i can't do lavender scents cos of fragrance allergies/migraines, so I stay away from anything marked lavendar. we like the blue one. it's fairly mild, and fresh/sweet smelling. or we liked it anyways. now that i'm starting to getting sensitive to it (and i mentioned it saying I wanted to launder my clothes separately so I can use minimal amounts cos the scent's bothering me) the tribe is beginning to notice it and they're not liking it either. ![]() funny how that happens.
when we were swtiching away from cheer, I read up on Method and got it free at CVS after ecbs and q. And we liked it, so that worked out nicely. Now, I'm once again ready to find a new kind, fragrance free. Hoping to find a deal to test out 7th gen free and clear and Method free and clear. The Method one has better reviews in terms of cleaning power. |

sorry. would shoedazzle work for you? groupon huntsville has a deal today... $19 for $40, shipping included. shoebuy also keeps sending me coupons. want me to look and see if there's anything good like 20% off in my email box? we just bought several nice shoes from amazon about a month ago, so I haven't been really getting excited about shoe deals. i'm a shoe fanatic, but last 7 months haven't been able to wear anything except sneakers, so that's another reason I don't look as much right now, cos I'll just salivate over the heels and then not be able to wear them. |

I also registered with a new email address to get the additional 10% off. I LOVE shoes as well and need a new pair of walking shoes before we hit amusement parks this fall. Going to Hershey in September and Busch Gardens a few times before they close in October.
