You lucked out then. I have the same situation, but was told no .edu, no student prime. The crazy thing is that my school is listed in the pulldown menu on the sign up page. Go figure...

I want to ask someone from the school but who would be in charge of this thing? I'm not sure if a receptionist would transfer me to the right person or maybe even know what I'm talking about.

Worst deal of all time. Signed up on Thursday night and ordered about $300 worth of stuff that I absolutely don't need. Now I find myself constantly searching Amazon and Slickdeals for random stuff to buy. Sure, I could try that beef-broccoli stir fry mix. Exercise ball? sure why not. I think its the allure of having something delivered to my door. Every time I come home from work to see a box in front of my door I am absolutely giddy with excitement. A huge smile on my face, I pry open the boxes to see what goodies have been delivered that day. I think I may just order one item every day to have this excitement all the time. I am nuts!!!

I know what you mean although I'm too poor to be a shopaholic. Slickdeals with Amazon Prime can be a shopaholics best/worst dream/nightmare.

i think we should ask the mods to make a sticky of amazon deals that people find using prime.
