I cant log on to my account either. I think my account got deactivated just like everyone else out there.
maybe there are basically too many other ppl signing up....... and they are dropping long time members and letting new ones in? a possibility? if so, kinda sux but oh well.......guess they can't just keep adding new members whileretaining everyone else Frown

I just got kicked out also. The email in response to my questions said that I had failed to respond to several PTs, and that they had contacted me several times before removing me. I've been a member for 5 years, have been doing surveys up until this week, havent gotten a PT in months and know I've filled out the questionnaires for at least the last 3 PTs (I cant remember any beyond that). I know for sure that I never got contacted beyond survey invites before being removed. I'm frustrated, but oddly happy that I'm not the only one getting dropped.

Hi everyone, I'm new to this board, but am an active member on some other boards.

I was booted recently as well, after many years.

I've been doing 2 PT for them, and was wondering why I hadn't received the follow-ups, as it had been 2 or 3 weeks since I received them. When I tried to log-in, I couldn't. I got the same email response about them periodically "refreshing" the panel. It just seems very odd to me, that they didn't even wait to get my follow-up evaluations on the PT's before terminating me.

maybe like i said.. they're "flushing out" the system of old members and starting a fresh new batch... i agree they should just say hey listen you've been with us a long time... time for new faces... i'd respect that more.. who do they think they are.. surveyspot lol

This exact same thing happened to me also. I was in the middle of a PT, waiting and waiting for the F/U survey to give my opinions and then I discovered I could not log in. I guess when it is time to go, it's time to go! laugh out loud

I then had to take the time to find out what was going on. I see no reason why they cannot send an e mail to let you know that your services are no longer needed. I was really disappointed that my membership was terminated. Frown

Has anybody been able to rejoin again later months down the road? I was thinking about waiting 6 months or so and trying to register again. Maybe it is just a case of too many people signing up and they wanted some fresh faces. Perhaps some of the new people that signed up will not stay with it and then there may be some spots open. Not exactly sure how it works.

I just spoke with a good friend of mine, and he was booted as well. He was a member for less than a year, so it's not just old timers they are booting.

I am sure that there is only a small percentage of the people who take the surveys and say yes to the PT are actually going to receive the product. More people do the initial survey in comparison to the people that do the same survey and ALSO get the PT. In most cases you will not get the PT. Sometimes you can go months and months without being selected and then you could get several in a row. You just never know.
