The reason to hack a slickdeal account is what others said, to get email access. Many people have the same passwords to paypal,ebay, and other retail stores. What a hacker would do is get access to your email(s) (check if another work/school email is linked) and also hack into that one. Then they will change your alternate email and change your security questions, or even lock you out the account if you use yahoo. After that, they use the very handy search tool in your email account to see if you have signed up for various websites (Old navy, capitalone, paypal, etc.). So now the hacker will try the password to your email with whatever other accounts you have. But, most websites that store credit card information eg; paypal, require an 8 letter password, and Slickdeals only requires 6. So if your password is bestbuy for Slickdeals, the hacker will try "bestbuy1" or "bestbuy0" to make it 8 characters for other sites. If that doesn't work then they find a website you have signed up for and request them to send you your current password. That's when the hacker usually gets your password, but only a few websites will actually send you your current password, most will send you one like "!@@#@#" and you will have to change it.

I could go on further, but it's really important to make sure you keep your personal information safe, and have complex passwords, and change your password regularly.

I was searching for a phone deal and came across one of her posts, leading to cell hut which looks like it has a horrible reseller rating. I searched for cell hut here in slickdeals to see if anyone had something to say about the site, and it seems her account has made multiple posts for cell hut. search for cell hut
It seems suspicious to me, so I'm bringing it to your attention (since she's a moderator) but if its really her making those posts, then I guess that's ok.
