Rite Aid Coupon Acceptance Policy - UPDATED 8/02/2010
For the betterment of SD's Rite Aid shoppers, attached is the new coupon acceptance policy at RA.
Here's the new coupon policy faxed to me by one of the DMs. He told me this was sent to ALL store managers. Associates will have to read and sign a paper that states that they understand this new policy. He assures me that my shopping experience at RA will be much more pleasant from this day forward.
He mentioned that there are 2 copies of this policy, one directed towards managers and associates and one addressing the customers and their rights in using coupons. The attached is the policy addressing customers and their rights in using coupons at RA.
If someone wants to type it out, please feel free to do so, but for now, please see the attachment

Reason: updated attachment to a clearer version :)

There should me no misunderstandings now! It CLEARLY states that customers can use multiple +UPs in one transaction, even if they are only purchasing one item. AND My manager told me that during the call with another 40+ managers they had a very clear discussion that, "Yes, even if the customer wants to spend $129.99 for a digital camera in +UPs alone, we must redeem them! Also on the Associate version it states that the new Q policy is already or will be soon available from Riteaid.com
