I can't get the columns to auto fill from 7:30 PM to 7:45 PM to 8:00 PM etc.

Right click the column header and change the "Format Type" to time. Then start with whatever you want e.g. 1:00
1:15
1:30
Then highlight the 3 cells and then drag and it will populate all the times u desire.

You need to change the cell formatting to be a Time format rather than just numeric.

You can also input the times in as time values, instead of decimals.

So put "7.5" as "7:30" and "7.75" as "7:45", and then drag the box at the bottom right of the cell to auto fill.
