Nowhere does this say that the BRIDE has to actually BUY her dress during the Bridal Appointment to get the giftcard. I bought my dresses at David's Bridal - I bought two because I couldn't decide and wound up wearing them both at different stages of the wedding celebration. They aren't very pushy about sales but you DO need to make an appointment. I saw lots of brides just get frustrated and tell the consultant, they'd have to come back another day and nobody got angry. I've also taken some neices there dress shopping who didn't buy and they asked for a promotion they had running and were given it.
But here's the thing - this is a freebie for somebody seriously interested in trying stuff on and seeing how the dresses look. Don't make an appt., go in with a few friends look around for 5 minutes and expect them to hand you a gift code. As casual as this place is, it's still a Bridal Warehouse and they are expecting you to be looking for THE dress - the one that makes you melt. It's a great extra freebie if you were planning on a little wedding shopping anyway. If you have no such plans - skip this one or fwd the info to a friend who is at the stage of looking at gowns.
I'm just sharing cuz it's a good freebie if you're dress shopping and no purchase is required on the part of the Bride.
