Only legal residents of Alameda, Fresno, Contra Costa, Kern, Imperial, Lake, Madera, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Monterey, Napa, Orange, Riverside, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tulare, and Yolo counties in California, and Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld counties in Colorado are eligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, and must own a single family, detached home in the counties listed above to be eligible to enter.
