Is this a good cpu cooler?

Yes, it is a good heatsink/fan. You can google it to see how it compares vs. other ones, but it would perform better than the hyper 212+
It is also bigggggggg though, as in wide, so make sure it won't interfere with memory slots, anything else near the CPU socket. |

I like Saythe cooler and they are very good ones. And I do think it beats Hyper 212

It's just as quiet as the 212+. What is wrong with the $29 amazon link in your other thread for the 212+? It's $10 cheaper. Neither are going to perform miracles.
You are not doing anything exotic, you don't need exotic/pricey cooling. |
