Looking for best gaming monitor ~$200

Looking for the best gaming monitor I can get between 24" and 25.5" at 1920x1080 resolution, willing to spend between $180-$220 and 5ms response time minimum. Ive been looking around and am still not sure yet, my main question is, will I be able to tell a difference between a Samsung and an Acer or an Asus? There is usually a $20-$30 difference and I am not sure if I will actually be able to tell a difference.

I looked at that monitor, a lot of the reviews say the colors are off and it looks blue, so did the one I saw it at Fry's and 25.5" 1980x1200 is too big for me I think

I love the picture quality it's definitely a step up from my previous monitor. I have it hooked up to my PC and use the HDMI port for my PS3 and it works just fine with the games I have played.

Accurate LCD colors involve IPS/MVA panels "gaming" monitors are usually TN panels because of their low refresh rate. However, with the low refresh rate comes color inaccuracy and poor viewing angles.
