Thread Details

NYC to Virginia $25 one way $40 round trip
NYC to Philadelphia $10 one way

every 8 tickets bought, gets a free ticket

NYC to State College $25 one way
every 5 tickets bought, gets a free ticket

it looks like the price just dropped... great for the holiday travel. Too bad it's so cold, otherwise Virginia Beach will be nice for $40 r/t.

From DC to NYC, check out Bolt Bus. Depending on the time/date you travel, it's less than $40 round trip. I've ridden before, and it was really nice. Free wifi on the trip, so I did work on my laptop on the way up.

How's the wifi on these buses...? isn't it slow since it shares the gprs w/the whole bus?

It's been a couple years now since I rode the bus, but I remember it being great. The bus was only half full or so when I took it up, so maybe that improved it?

Also on a bus of 40 people, only a handful might be on the internet. Many choose to read or watch movies or sleep.
