Cannot get Printer to work with Tomato USB firmware =/
Hello, I got a usb HP printer that I am trying to get to work with Tomato USB mod on an Asus 520GU router.
Printer is an HP PSC 1210. It is detected by the router fine, I have core USB support turned on, as well as 1.0, 1.1, 2.0 on.
I am on OS X 10.6.5. I've followed the instructions for 10.5 here: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index....tion_setup
It just does not work for me. The printer utility comes up, and it can get to "Connected to Printer" but nothing happens. I've tried the same instructions using IPP and HP Socket... Nothing.
I check my tomato logs and this is all that happens when attempting to print:
Dec 1 17:27:34 ? lpr.notice p9100d: Connection from 192.168.30.51 port 52034 accepted

Tried it on Windows, for some reason it would lock up, I ended up killing the process. The spooling process was using 100% cpu, after killing it, the printer did print half a page lol.
I give up, this is after all a predominantly OS X network.
