Twentieth Television’s - Family Guy “Fun and Games Sweepstakes & IWG” - (18+) - 12/18/10

TIMING: For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and dates are Eastern Time (“ET”). The Family Guy “Fun and Games Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) will run during the period commencing at 12:01 AM ET November 29, 2010 and ending at 11:59 PM ET December 18, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Contestants must be permanent, legal residents of, and must physically reside in, one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of registration. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and U.S. Military installations in foreign countries and territories, anywhere outside of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law. Employees of Twentieth Television, Inc. (“Sponsor”), FOX Broadcasting Company, owner or employee of any television station or any entity that produces and/or broadcasts Family Guy (“Show”), Sweepstakes Administrator (“Administrator”)

ENTRY: To enter the random drawing for the Grand Prize and First Prize only, log on to http://www.FamilyGuyFunandGames.com Locate the “Submit Your Entry Click Here” button that will take you to the registration page. All participants are limited to one (1) entry per person and per email address, per day. Additional entries will be disqualified, as will all incomplete entries and all entries not received within the Entry Period. At the end of the Instant-Win Game, click on the link that appears, this will take you to the entry form. Follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes random drawing for the First and Grand Prizes. Once your entry form is submitted, an on-screen message will let you know if you are an Instant-Win Prize Winner (“Instant Winner”).

LIMIT: Limit one (1) entry per person email address per day. Limit one (1) Prize per person/per email address.

PRIZES:
INSTANT WIN PRIZES: A total of one hundred forty (140) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded of which one hundred and twenty-five (125) prize will consist of the following: one (1) Family Guy tote bag with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $30, one (1) Family Guy Clue Board Game (ARV $39.95), Family Guy Operation Board Game (ARV $24.95), ), one (1) Family Guy Volume 8 DVD Collection (ARV $50), one (1) Family Guy: Partial Terms of Endearment DVD (ARV $15), one (1) Laugh it Up Fuzzball: The Family Guy Trilogy DVD Collection (ARV $40), and one (1) It’s A Trap DVD (ARV $30) for a total of two hundred and thirty dollars (ARV $230) per prize pack. The remaining fifteen (15) prizes will consist of: five (5) Blu-ray DVD players (ARV $400 each), five (5) 32 GB Wi-Fi Apple iPads (ARV $499 each), and five (5) iTunes gift cards ($100 each) will be awarded as Instant Win Prizes for a total of one hundred and forty (140) Prizes. Total of all Instant Win Prizes is thirty-three thousand seven hundred and forty-five dollars (ARV $33,745). These prizes were purchased by the Sponsor and do not reflect any endorsement or involvement in this sweepstakes by Apple.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize consisting of one (1) Samsung 55" 3D LED TV with 3D starter kit including Blu-ray DVD player and 3D glasses (ARV $4,999), one (1) 3G 64GB Apple iPad (ARV $799), twenty-four (24) month paid subscription for iPad data plan with AT&T or Verizon (ARV $480), one (1) iTunes gift card in the amount of $250 (ARV $250), one (1) Family Guy Volume 8 DVD Collection (ARV $50), one (1) Family Guy: Partial Terms of Endearment DVD (ARV $15), one (1) Laugh it Up Fuzzball: The Family Guy Trilogy DVD Collection (ARV $40), one (1) It’s A Trap DVD (ARV $30). Total ARV for First Prize is six thousand, eight hundred and fifty-three dollars (ARV $6,853)

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize trip awarded (“Grand Prize Trip”) to one (1) entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) from all eligible entries consisting of a trip for winner and guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend one (1) table read session with the Family Guy cast (“Trip Event”) including the following: Two (2) roundtrip coach airfares between the Sponsor’s selected major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence, and a Sponsor’s selected major airport, three (3) nights of hotel accommodations (double-occupancy room), two hundred ($200) for airport transportation and one thousand ($1,000) in spending money to be awarded as a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Total ARV of Grand Prize Trip is three thousand four hundred and fifty dollars ($3,450). In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a Prize Pack consisting of one (1) recyclable Family Guy messenger tote (ARV $30), one (1) Family Guy Clue Board Game (ARV $39.95), one (1) Family Guy Monopoly Board Game (ARV $39.95), one (1) Family Guy Trivial Pursuit Board Game (ARV $19.95), one (1) Family Guy Life Board Game (ARV $34.95), one (1) Family Guy Operation Board Game (ARV $24.95), one (1) Family Guy Volume 8 DVD Collection (ARV $50), one (1) Family Guy: Partial Terms of Endearment DVD (ARV $15), one (1) Laugh it Up Fuzzball: The Family Guy Trilogy DVD Collection (ARV $40), one (1) It’s A Trap DVD (ARV $30).
