Cant receive MMS from Iphone 4?
I just got an iphone 4. My husband and three of my family members are not receiving my pictures via MMS or cell number@carrier name (carriers are AT&T (two on unlocked E63) and t-mobile on blackberry). My friend that is on Verizon is receiving them. I called AT&T (our carrier) and they said it was issues with the other carrier and they don't support blah blah blah. But two of those not receiving is on the same carrier (At&T). I hate calling at&t!The thing is my husband and other family members could receive my pictures from my unlocked Nokia E63 with no prob before I got this iphone 4. The Verizon sometimes could get them (mostly could not). Now it is reversed. When that happened on my Nokia E63 I just had to change some settings. On this iphone 4 the only thing available is to make sure the MMS setting is on (which it is). I have googled the issue and it seems I may have to unlock or jailbreak but still not a guarantee. Any ideas what I need to do? My husband is deployed but still stateside for a little bit more so this is important for me to be able to send him pics of our toddler while he is in the US. |

Have you tried resetting network settings?
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings This has helped me in the past. |
